As a Lead Project Manager, your main responsibilities would be to manage multiple complex surveys ensuring all deadlines are met and the clients are able to launch their surveys on time. Additionally, your duties will include designing, implementing, analyzing, and interpreting survey data, generating reports, and presentations to communicate findings to clients. You would also be expected to prepare data for statistical analysis, ensure data quality and accuracy, and conduct statistical modeling as needed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in statistical analysis software are essential for success in this role.

You will be asked to provide guidance and support to clients and junior team members, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with the following:

• Data Analytics (SPSS and/or Python)
• Microsoft Outlook
• Project Management
• Attention to Detail
• Interpersonal Communication

Any experience with CAHPS survey programs and/or SPSS would be a major plus.
